Even as Winter makes its mark, the garden is still a place to
experience the wonder of nature, discover cold climate produce i.e. strawberries and add a little soil and water to the
struggling plants! The Environment
Team have placed Posters around the school, encouraging
students to take their chips, etc. out of the foil packets and put them in a
re-usable container, before bringing the snacks to school!
Meanwhile,
the “Let’s Cook and
Create” students are appreciating the harvest of fresh parsley
and mint, for their delicious Rice Paper Rolls!
