 Succulents grow easily from cuttings, so students put some into pots and then remembered to water them ... well done!

Rice Paper Rolls!

Stage 3 students were up to the task of selecting ingredients to make their Rice Paper Rolls ... (Including parsley and mint, from Bluey's Patch) ... dipping them is soy sauce, wrapping them up and delighting in eating them!

 

Friends of Bluey's Patch - Term 3, Weeding and Pea Picking!

Time to welcome the new 'Friends of Bluey's Patch' as they set about harvesting peas, weeding the wicking bed and preparing the soil for more seed planting!

Lalor Park Community Garden!

 Students from St Bernadette's who are members of "Friends of Bluey's Patch" and Environment Leaders, enjoyed a guided tour of the Lalor Park Community Garden. They used their sense of taste and smell to learn about the abundance of produce! Our Excursion was fun!

Seed Saving!
