‘Parramatta Learning Community for Sustainability’ meeting

Wednesday 31 October from 1.30-3.30pm 

  

Jacqui Remond, Director - Catholic Earthcare Australia, will speak about the ASSISI Program. Maria Marks, Learning Support Teacher - St Patrick’s Primary Blacktown and Cheryl Boyle, Learning Support Teacher - St Francis of Assisi Primary, Glendenning will give a presentation on Kitchen Gardens in Schools.

The students from Our Lady of the Rosary will discuss plans for their proposed garden and participants will be invited to share ways in which schools can involve staff and the wider community in the Sustainability/Kitchen Garden initiative.

 ‘Afternoon Tea’ will be available and Kitchen Garden Resources will be on display
