"Plants in Boots, why?
When Early Stage One paid a visit to Bluey's Patch, a very good question was posed; "Why are there plants growing in boots?" Lots of good responses were given ... do you know what they were?
The Term One Environment Team would know! They know how to compare carrot sizes and how to move a Stick Insect, to a safe place ... well done!

Term 3, Environment Team!
Out with the OLD and in with the NEW Environment Team, for Term 3! Responsibilities and Crunch andSip Buckets were handed over to the enthusiastic new members, who are ready to keep an eye on the school environment in general and Bluey’s Patch, in particular! It was interesting to see the changes in the Wicking Beds, since the holidays and to harvest the Cherry Tomatoes! Jonquils had bloomed; tadpoles had grown, as had the weeds and a new hedge had been planted along the fence-line! Olivia, in S2B, invited Miss Cagney, to “take a turn in the garden”and Lucie, in S1B, generously shared her knowledge, with the new Team members … well done, Lucie!
