The Little Red Hen

Some Language Group students at St Patricks's Primary Blacktown are bringing the story of the Little Red Hen to life by using wheat which they have grown in their Kitchen Garden! Wheat seeds which are nearly ready for harvest, will be ground into flour then added to the necessary ingredients required for the baking of bread!
Unlike the reluctant characters in the story, there will be no shortage of helpers at St Pat's, as students are very good at following procedures through to the end and they will be happy 'to eat it themselves!'
