Growing Vocabulary at St Patrick's!

Students in the Kitchen Garden Language Groups at St Patrick's Primary, Blacktown are increasing their vocabulary as they go about their garden chores! A generous donation of leather gardening gloves from Patrician Brothers College Blacktown, meant a lesson in right and left (learning how to put on gloves correctly is no easy task) additions of a mirror and a sink, generated discussions on reflection and kitchen items! The blossoming of sweet peas meant a lesson in comparsion, between flowering and edible peas!
