The Term 2 Environment
Team was treated to a Picnic in Chifley Park and a Tour of the Lalor Park
Community Garden, as their tenure came to an end! Mrs Lewis,
kindly shared her garden knowledge with the students, as she showed them
Bananas, Sugar Cane, Nasturtiums, Beans, Zucchinis, Broccoli and a Bee Hotel!
Meanwhile, at school, the students each received a Certificate of
Excellence and
a packet of seeds, which they can plant in their home gardens! Congratulations to the eight Team
members, on a job well done!
